Project:
W. L. Pritchard & Co., L.C. analyzed recent FCC Ka-band filings to evaluate the technology and assess the business plans and financing of the projects proposed. The results of this appraisal are being used by the client, an international equipment provider, to target equipment marketing approaches.
Project:
To determine the fair market value of a start-up satellite business, the company prepared discounted cash flow analyses comprising revenue projections based on market prices, market penetration, traffic predictions, and an assessment of technical factors such as transponder lifetime and satellite reliability.
Project:
At the request of the American Arbitration Association, W. L. Pritchard & Co., L.C. assessed the fair market value of the Guam launch tracking and control earth station, a Ku-band satellite tracking station with C-band telemetry capabilities. Using its own databases and commercial knowledge, the company was able to furnish an unbiased appraisal to facilitate settlement of a leasing dispute.

Project:
